Needs: Erik's own words. A founder paragraph written by an assistant is the one piece of copy on this site that cannot be sourced from the repository.
Why it is built this way
Two decisions run through the whole product and are worth stating even in an unfinished page: a person approves every step that changes anything, and the software verifies rather than asserts — a style will not publish until its checkpoint is confirmed present on the render host, an answer says when it left the book, and a cost dashboard with no rate set says so instead of estimating.
